Senior Marketing Manager

The WEX Health Senior Marketing Manager will be working with the Vice President of Marketing and numerous other teams including product groups, sales, partner growth managers and a wide variety of outside vendors to accomplish a marketing strategy. You will have responsibility to manage a marketing task from start to finish with minimal supervision including demand generation activities, events, and other projects as assigned.

Duties and Responsibilities

Manage a vertical marketing strategy from start to finish including comprehensive programs and activities, including, online, print, public relations, direct mail, social, etc.

This work could include development of new materials, planning and proposals, content development, promotions management, marketing support, and branding activities. This position is pivotal for supporting the marketing team goals and delivering ROI for the business.

Develop and own vertical messaging framework and Identify opportunities to further penetrate the market or grow a product offering.

Monitor and track campaign/program/project results and report effectiveness and ROI. Flag results to senior leadership as needed.

Manage and optimize portfolio of vendors and work with internal team to produce results.

Core Requirements

* Solid marketing and project management skills are critical, including defining and owning marketing plans and programs
* Website content/strategy
* Event and logistical strategy and project management
* Experience in working with partners is a plus, as is the ability to effectively interact with senior executives in outside organizations
* Applicants must have a demonstrated ability to work with highly abstract concepts and incomplete information yet able to use sound business judgment to provide actionable recommendations to cross function teams internally
* Excellent organization, communication, cross-group collaboration, virtual team management, and analytical skills are also required

Qualifications

* Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications or Business Administration. 5-10 years of marketing/product marketing experience
* Extensive experience in all aspects of developing and maintaining marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives
* Strong project management skills
* Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics
* Proven ability to oversees all marketing, advertising and promotional staff and activities
* Technical marketing skills
* Experience with relevant software applications
