Overview:

The Creative Project Manager will develop, activate and manage sponsorships and partnerships; Manage Creative Media Projects through all video and photography mediums and assist with marketing projects as assigned.

The Essentials:

* Develop, Activate and Manage Sponsorship Programs and Pro Staff

* Serve as the lead for sponsored programs and pro staff

* Serve as the first point of contact for sponsored programs and pro staff proposals, determine viability and next steps for possible review

* Manage sponsored programs and pro staff contracts to ensure all assets noted are maximized to benefit the company

* Track all asset needs: Request and approve creative for all assets; Manage deployment

* Proactively seek sponsored programs and pro staff opportunities to benefit the company

* Track proof of performance for all sponsored and pro staff programs

* Serve as the store liaison to provide advice for sponsored program proposals received at the store level

* Manage Pro Staff visits and promotions with stores

* Check in regularly with stores regarding sponsored programs in their respective markets

* Manage Video and Photography Project Requests

* Secure details from requester to provide direction for the video and photography teams

* Manage creative and/or production meetings if needed

* Manage timelines and project priorities to meet deadlines

* Communicate progress with project client

* Manage the recap process for projects

* Assist on film and photo sets when requested

* Serve as manager of co-op promotion activations between Marketing Office and stores

* Other projects as assigned

* Uphold Marketing standards

* Ensure the Scheels brand style guide is upheld across all digital and video content

* Organize daily routines, budget management and general administrative tasks

* Demonstrated project management experience

* Demonstrated experience in managing sponsorships

* Demonstrated ability to negotiate contracts to secure favorable results for the company

Expert Experience:

* 5 years' experience in managing and producing video and digital assets. In-store retail experience is preferred

* 4 years' experience in managing sponsorship and partnership programs.

* 3 years of demonstrated project management experience

Activity:

Must be able to sit, stand, bend at the waist, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, walk, push/pull, lift, talk, and hear with or without reasonable accommodation

Sedentary work - Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time. Roles are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally and all other sedentary criteria are met.

Schedule:

Must be flexible to work between 8a.m. and 5p.m., Monday through Friday, with some weekends as needed averaging 40 hours per week
